Welcome to Longhill a truly African luxury lodge situated on the highest hill within Addo Wildlife Private Reserve of 4800 Hectare.

Longhill Lodge is situated on the R335 between Port Elizabeth and Addo in the Eastern Cape.
The lodge is a mere 16 km from Addo and 45 km from Port Elizabeth Airport. A short 4 km drive from the main gate to reception.
The reserve hosted over 28 different wildlife species such as Blue Wildebeest, Giraffes, Red Hartebeest, Buffalo Springbuck, Zebra, Sable, Eland, Impala, Waterbuck, Nyala and Kudu’s Giraffe to name a few and numerous bird species. We provide Guided Game Drives on the reserve and to Addo Elephant National Park.
We offer 7 Luxury Rooms all on-suite bathrooms with showers and air-conditioned. In addition, we have 2 standard rooms for a driver and guide.
Each Luxury room opens to a private patio and overlooks the garden with free roaming antelope. The decor is chic with a contemporary feel.
The Lodge offers large comfortable patios, 2 beautiful lounge areas to relax in peace and comfort. Enjoy the entertainment area and a splash pool.
Our meal offerings are traditional outdoor boma evening with meals such as potjie and braai menus.

Addo Elephant National Park Safari

Our experienced guides will take you on an informative tour into the Addo Elephant National Park to see the once almost wiped out Addo Elephants. Possible sightings include Kudu, Red Hartebeest, Eland, Warthog, Buffalo, Lion, Rhino and many small creatures from Mongoose and Tortoises to the flightless Addo Dung beetle. The game drive is done in an open game viewer and includes your choice of beverages and light snacks. Your game drive with us will be an unforgettable experience. Game drives are offered in the morning at 08h00 and at 14h00 in the afternoon. The duration is about 4 hours.

Addo Wildlife Eco-Tour & Safari
This lovely four and a half hour guided tour on an open game viewing vehicle departs from the Addo Wildlife to our nature reserve situated on the banks of the Sundays River. It includes an informative drive through some citrus orchards, interesting facts regarding the varieties of fruit and whereto it is exported to.

Once on our nature reserve our guides will tell you about the unique Eastern Cape plants and trees, search for antelope species like the Blue Wildebeest, Giraffes Red hartebeest, Springbuck, Zebra, Sable, Eland, Impala, Waterbuck, Nyala and Kudu’s Giraffe to name a few. We stop and show the very uncommon Elephant foot plant after which you can enjoy a relaxing optional walk through the African bush to the river. End the walk with a nice jump of our deck into the Sundays River and be welcomed by big open fires where we serve a bush breakfast/ dinner in our Boma on the bank of the river.

Game drives are offered in the morning at 06h00 and at 16h00 in the afternoon. The duration is about 4 ½ hours.
